Sally (Adams) Ishizuka joined DCG after spending a decade in Washington, DC. She served as Chief of Staff to former Arizona Congressman Tom O'Halleran, one of the most vulnerable incumbent Democrats in the country. 

As the Congressman's top advisor, she cultivated close relationships with President Biden's White House, Democratic Caucus Leadership, the Blue Dog Coalition, and committee chairs to successfully advance legislative and political goals.

Before her time on the Hill, Sally worked at a top bipartisan consulting firm, advancing client initiatives across both the House and Senate.

Sally grew up in the Seattle area and attended Washington State University and Seattle University School of Law.
